At BCBGMAXAZRIA, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as evening gowns and final sale pieces, may be subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached and intact.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse verifies the item condition.
